The building Sankt Kjelds Gård has undergone a major renovation, reconstruction, and expansion, and is now a multi-use office space. The expansion has lead to an increase of users – from 1,000 to 1,300. The transformation includes both modernisation and energy optimisation, with the aim of creating a flexible building, making it easier to meet potential future needs.
Previously, most of the area was designed as individual offices, but after the transformation, they are open-plan offices, flexible spaces, and meeting rooms, which benefits the many daily users. The ground floor has been transformed into a larger reception and a new communal meeting center, while the kitchen and cafeteria have been expanded.
