NORD Architects has been the client advisor for The Danish Building and Property Agency in connection with the new Court of Appeal of Eastern Denmark. The project was tendered and executed as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The construction had a high level of complexity with specific requirements for security, logistics, functionality and quality.
From the initial phases, NORD Architects focused on how to best achieve a modern and contemporary high court within the allocated budget, ensuring efficient workflows and providing comfort and security for all users of the high court for years to come.
As the client advisor, we utilized a wide range of our expertise when conducting user involvement, developing function-based requirements, and evaluating potential building sites. During the tender process, NORD Architects assisted the Danish Building and Property Agency with evaluation, negotiation, and selection of the PPP-supplier.
The building is certified with DGNB Gold.
