Cortex Park Masterplan

Cortex Park in Odense is the new business hub in Odense. Located close to the university hospital OUH and the university SDU this new neighbourhood aims to create a collaborative buzzing mix of office spaces, research and incubator opportunities alongside student housing and housing for people associated to the university.

The park is located in a beautiful green pocket of forest and lakes, the concept of the masterplan aims to create a dense urban atmosphere with varied urban spaces and plenty of opportunities to meet, lunch and work between the houses.
